Originally known as Unverse-Bridgemont, in 2015, GPR co-listed 544+ acres of unimproved land in Sevierville, TN. Our client was Capital Bank as this was bank-owned (foreclosed) property. Had been foreclosed on by Greene Bank, whose assets had been acquired by our client, Capital Bank.

In Dec. 2017, First Tennessee Bank (now First Horizon Bank) became our clients when they became the successor by merger to Capital Bank.

Between June 2017 and Oct. 2019, our team sold near all of the tracts with the last tract being referred by us for auction and sold August 2020. The sum of the combined tracts was 544.8 acres which sold for a total of $8,910,500. Of this 329+ acres were acquired for $5,575,000 for what eventually became Soaky Mountain Water Park.
