Goldman Partners Realty (GPR) is a boutique brokerage offering experienced representation in the Commercial & Residential marketplace. We are based in Knoxville, TN and have assisted buyers and sellers throughout East Tennessee. Founded in 2012 by Steve Goldman, CCIM, Goldman Partners Realty has never sought to have “the most agents” like some firms. Instead, we want a small, solid team of professionals. Each member of our dynamic real estate team is client-oriented, goal-driven, and consistently maintains a strong work ethic. We go the extra mile, whether marketing your commercial investment properties or assisting with third-party introductions, such as property management or banking relationships.
Each of our agents has an excellent reputation and puts the Client first. If we are not the best brokers for the assignment, we will readily refer a property owner to the best broker or auctioneer or bring on a partner, even if from a competing firm. We have done this many times and have rarely seen other firms willing to do that.
While handling all property types, GPR has earned a reputation for being especially strong in income investment property, particularly multifamily, apartment and single-tenant net leased retail. Our agents have sold hundreds of multifamily properties, from single-family rentals to apartment complexes over $10M. We’ve also brokered many net leased investment properties, land for development, historical CBD properties, industrial and medical office buildings.

Our apartment and multifamily brokerage practice includes the development and maintenance of an extensive proprietary database of East Tennessee apartment properties. The database has more than 20,000 contacts, including apartment owners and other buyers, along with their acquisition criteria for matching up to new property opportunities.
