Wes is our Residential Specialist. He has an extensive background in single-family real estate. Whether buying a first home, or retirement home, Wes’s experience is 2nd to none. He also has in-depth knowledge of buying and selling foreclosed properties in addition to “retail” sales. Since 2005, Wes has generated over 6 million dollars in sales volume. Each buyer or seller is unique and is treated as “The Only Client.”
As a former educator, he has knowledge of the area school systems. He has in depth knowledge of all types of lending requirements to include VA, FHA, Rural Housing, THDA, and Conventional. Buyers and Sellers find him to be personable and friendly, but most of all, honest.
