Are you getting calls and mail offering to buyer your property without a commission? These are wholesale offers, typically from flippers planning to resell at retail. Before accepting such an offer, let us provide you with a market price opinion. Again and again, our clients have netted substantially more after commission than the flipper offers – and still close very quickly.
Have you received an offer where the buyer wants you to keep your mortgage in place, promising to send you funds monthly so you can continue to pay your mortgage? Don’t do it! The risks for you are too high and your mortgage likely has a “due on sale” clause which means a sale would not be permitted.
